Samsung Bixby was designed to go beyond simple voice commands—it aimed to understand users and provide instant, relevant information through natural interactions. A key part of this ecosystem was Capsules, AI-driven modules delivering structured responses on specific topics.

✅ Conversational UX – Ensuring Bixby understood various ways users might phrase their questions.
✅ AI-Optimized UI – Structuring responses in a clear, engaging format.

✅ Design system – Working with Samsung HQ, we built the design system, interaction flows, and UI from scratch.

2️⃣ The Challenge: Building AI-Powered UX from Scratch
I created dozens of Bixby capsules, each designed to deliver specific information efficiently. To illustrate the process, I'll focus on one: the La Liga capsule, which provided live scores, match schedules, and team rankings instantly.
Designing for conversational AI required clear, fast, and accurate voice interactions over traditional visual navigation.

The La Liga Capsule enhanced how users accessed sports information, making it faster, more intuitive, and fully voice-driven.
Users could get real-time updates without navigating menus.
Optimized for natural, conversational input.
The framework set a foundation for future Bixby Capsules.
This project highlighted the impact of user-centered AI design, showing that when AI adapts to people, it creates a truly natural experience.
